My best friend is an F-1 student, just finished nursing. Now he is an RN and working in a hospital. The hospital is willing to sponsor him for the green card. And, he is going to marry a girl who has overstayed her tourist visa for more than 5 years. If he applies for green card as an RN under schedule A qouta, will his illegally residing wife be able to get the green card too with him? Thanks for your expert answer.
