probably your antivirus is outdated or not updated..check your antivirus first..if the problem still persists..you can download the chrome again..

- U could try visiting the Following Site ... - & see which Problem/Solution best fits U'R scenario ...
"chrome not working but internet explorer is working"
- @ that Site U can also post a Query ... (left side) - & hopefully Someone from Google will get back ... 2 ... U ...
