Hey Guys,
Anybody still waiting to hear about the H1-B 2009? My application :- Vermont Service Center, Masters CAP, reached on 2nd April.
I have not received any information yet including recipt/case no.
BTW,one guy suggest me to write directly to USCIS. Pls suggest. Is it OK to write to USCIS about H1-B. My attorny is not responding. and i don't know what to do.

I am in the same situation. I emailed my employer and they said that I wasn't select in the Lottery. I applied for the Masters quota as well. I don't even know if my application reached the service center. This sucks big time.
