Nimesilide ( Nims) is not available in US. Alternatively, you can use Ibuprofen or Naproxen or even tylenol as over the counter pain reliever.

A very similar medicine you can get in the US is Nimesulide 100 MG Tablet Manufacturer: Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd To get this medicine you need Preskription by Doctor
