Dear Friends,
I have filed a tax jointly with my spouse and claimed lifetime credit on 2006 but I have NEVER claimed hope credit earlier year. Now for 2007 tax filing, I want to claim hope credit because I helps to refund me little more. So, is it possible and legal to claim hope credit after you claim lifetime credit?
Please reply me. I went to IRS website but I am still confused.
