IS it possible to drop class in the middle of the semester and still remain in status with 9 credit hrs for F1 students. if someone did and didn't report to DSO will there be any problem...

please have some input....

if you have 12 credits to start with, you can drop one course and bring it down to no less than 9 credits . If you had to 9 credits to begin with, then the answer is no...you have to bite the bullet and carry on with the class and try to pass. If you do horribly, you can always retake the class in the remaining semesters and get your GPA up.
