I am currently staying USA as a F-1 student, and do not plan to go back to Nepal for 4-5 years. Do I have to upgrade my passport now, or wait until like 1-2 years.

November 24 deadline rahecha ni ta MRP apply garne, aaba fine lagcha ki lagdaina malai?

You won't be fined, but your hand-written passport will be invalid from next November.
God forbid, what're you going to do in case of family emergency?

November 24 : Dead line by who ? Nepal to renew passport or not accepted by US immigration?
I am planning to go to Canada after Thanksgiving.
